Even if you spent your vacation just sitting by the pool, it would be time well spent. The staff’s exceptional politeness and helpfulness contribute to a serene atmosphere. Additionally, the culinary experience, from food to drinks, consistently achieves perfection, making this hotel an ideal retreat for a relaxing vacation.

Excellent hotel, the staff go above and beyond to deliver excellent service. The rooms are spatious, clean and beautiful. Def recommend staying here and if you want to visit the temples, ask for Mr. Kry as a tourguide. We spent three days with him and he showed us everything there is to see in the area. Incredible experience!

What an amazing hotel. From the moment you check in the staff are amazing. The rooms are the best I have seen in Siem Reap and I have stayed in many. These are luxurious Powerful hot showers, separate huge bath Super cold AC I will certainly be returning

Moon residence is a good hotel in walkable distance from Pub street, the rooms are good and spacious. They decorate the bed with the guest’s names which is appreciable and heartwarming. The challenge is that the hotel seemed understaffed as we were not offered a welcome drink and it would be good to call the hotel upfront about the breakfast norms as they do not at times understand or are willing to agree for complimentary breakfast (which the online sites offer and confirm), they finally agree to it, but it does create an unnecessary hassle. They however provided us with an extra bed (without asking) which was kind. The rooms are a bit dated and it shows in the door knobs, locks and panel gaps. The pool is great and clean. The area near the pool are mosquito heavy and hence due care must be taken. The food options are quite limited, the breakfast is as minimal as it can get. They seemed connected to Indra angkor residence (not sure though). There are plenty of options at the pub street which is very close.
