        Loving my stay at The Murray. The architecture was beautiful to look at, the room are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good, be sure to grab the yummy egg tart as well. The room and the bathroom is spacious. The layout are well throughout. The bedding was very comfortable, got a really good sleep. The bathroom is big and well planned. Comfortablw stays, would love to come back here again.

        I would never recommend this hotel to any friends who want to celebrate with your love one. I had pre-booked my trip, including a special request for setting up a surprise proposal, and the experience fell far below my expectations. Upon checking into our room at the communicated time, I was dismayed to find that nothing had been prepared as per my clear instructions. This oversight is entirely unacceptable, as it greatly impacted the intended atmosphere and significance of the moment. A proposal is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and unfortunately, it has now become a regrettable and unforgettable one. If hotel staff had missed the instructions, a simple notification would have allowed me to temporarily relocate my girlfriend from the room while the surprise was being arranged. However, concierge arrived with the flowers and balloon in plastic bags, without any callback or response email. I am deeply disappointed by the approach the team took to rectify this situation. Throughout the course of our stay, there were multiple opportunities for hotel staff to notice the error and handle it in a more considerate and professional manner. At least the check-in staff will notice my request during my check-in? Regrettably, this was not the case, and their actions completely undermined the surprise element and significantly impacted the overall mood of our trip. it is overall a very disappointed stay and not recommend!

        Hotel staff are nice to make a sale or to make an impression but they are absolutely not customer focus and made numerous of careless mistakes. Furthermore, all promises of “follow up” are simply emptiness just to get the customer out of their hair. Lovely hotel, but I am taking my business and have instructed my company to stop booking from the Murray due to the horrific empty promises and unacceptable customer experiences. I have asked for the manager to reach out to me so I can share my experience to file a formal compliant. No one cares to call. Haha. Have no choice but to post on media and leaving bad reviews. Also, the food isn’t that good for in room dinning.

        We are international couple, From Japan and HK, we have booked the deluxe room in the Murray few days ago for Bday celebration, end up we felt very disappointed overall. And we will not coming anymore, services and quality is not on standard and not match the price range. A: Overall the services is low and not 5star hotel standard , exp: 1: off the taxi at the entrance with 2 big luggage, with out help from the staff until we at the lobby. 2: Oshibori for the guest welcoming gestures, it should be wet and hot but all dry B: the view we booked for the deluxe room, is low floor at 11/F and facing to buildings, but then it should be available at high floor and could facing to garden road. C: the quality of hard wear is totally disappointing. 1: Flower at the lobby and main area is fake, plastic flower is dusty and it should not happen in a 5 star hotel, saving the cost from those important basic standard, it looks like mainland chinese hotel . 2: The flower in our hotel room is dying and lack of aesthetic. 3: The painting in the lobby and room is not match the environment, inside of the room, also around the dirt and renovation mark, unprofessional at all, it makes us very angry and money spend without good quality. We will not recommend to stay and the quality of the hotel is low and mainland Chinese standard . Do not over expected.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
