Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff who are friendly and make guests feel welcome. It is a clean hotel, and they have a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside . and their rooms are spacious and very beautiful. We are @truetanmiami, a spray tanning studio in coral gables. We visited a client who requested our spray tanning service and couldn't be happier with this hotel. Highly recommended.

I stayed here with my wife when she came for a conference last year and we found the amenities and the rooms to be very well presented and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location in Coconut Grove is awesome, walking distance from a ton of restaurants. Will probably stay here again.

The only negative remarks about this place were the workout room. I love to exercise, and I was expecting up to date equipment. The treadmills and bikes were rusted. Also, you have no choice but to pay for valet service, which is $30 a day. My suite was clean. Granite counter tops and stainless steel in the kitchen. Knowing I had a kitchen and a washer and dryer in my suite, I provided my own essentials. I didn't need to ask the front desk for anything. I will definitely return, only if I get the same suite!

The Mutiny is a classic hotel in the heart of the Grove. It’s in a great location while still being quiet. The rooms are apartments and thus spacious. Some of the rooms likely need to be renovated, but are still comfortable and clean. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool area but it looked nice. The staff at the front desk and valet were very friendly. My only complaint is that the bed was a bit hard and I could hear the people upstairs banging around on the ceiling since 5am. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Bed place to stay in cozy Coconut Grove. Very central and cleaned. We love the swimming pool and the walk to the marina, park and stores

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
