The room is clean and well maintained. Love the rooftop view during night time. They provide snacks and 3 in 1 hot drinks next to the counter. It's just i can hear voice from next door. I had great stay here, and will def come as returning guest someday.

Really nice place in a quaint, little area in Malacca! The hosts were very friendly, rooms were small but clean, the shower heater was working (very important to me) and the location was nice!! We could walk to all the good eating spots around Malacca and Jonker Street was a 5-min grab ride away

Pros: Strategically located at the midpoint between Jonker (Night market, Chung Wah chicken rice balls, etc) and Tengkera (Famous putu piring, Ta Chong popiah and duck noodles). Walk about 10-15 min to these places. Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade are also walking distance. There’s a McD and Starbucks close by too. Free private parking, hosts are very attentive, friendly and professional. Free cup noodles, snacks and hot drinks in the pantry. Beautiful rooms with natural sunlight and lots of greeneries, it almost feels like you’re waking up in the middle of a rainforest. Cons: Only one, the soundproofing. We were placed in the bottom room and the upstairs guests were horrendous. Let their kids run non stop, scream at the top of their lungs and drag the chairs across the rooms. It was impossible to rest for the two nights we stayed. We told the hosts and they sounded the neighbours each time. The noise reduced for awhile then continued. A very beautiful and great value hotel, with impeccable service but spoiled by inconsiderate guests. Suggest to have a clear signage that says strictly no noise after 8pm or to not allow children altogether. To the hosts, you guys were great! Loved the service and attitude and how clean the place always was. Loved the free snacks too. Keep up the great work! To all future guests, if you are reading this, please be considerate to other guests and put a leash on your kids otherwise I’d recommend you use protection and not further reproduce.

Been staying here twice. Overall experience is very good, clean, well maintained, nice ambience, comfortable, I like especially when it's not too big to have be too crowded. However the sound proof is bad, I can hear people walking around, and some people party at the rooftop moving chairs all night long, even after mid night, perhaps there should be a quiet time policy here? The water heater is solar based, thus if you're late or super early person, all you can shower is with cold water.... I really like this hotel as the ambient is good and clean, hope can visit it someday later.

Refreshing experience. You will find the room spacious, clean and with all the amenities as you were to expect from any four or five star hotel. Great place or pit stop for young couples, traveling across Malaysia. This place pay great attention to design, details (and scent). Friendly staff, good wifi and free flow of snacks. If there is anything to fuss about, probably it’s the stairs. Location wise, not too bad as it is walkable to the Singapore bus/ coach service and shopping malls. However, you may have to Grab to Jonker Street (estimate about RM 8).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
