Excellent place at the corner of the beginning of the main street. Many centers of interest in the area. Cafes, restaurants and entertainment areas. The room is pleasant and sufficient. The noise is felt from the other rooms and the main road. And the shower needs repair.

We stayed here in May 2023 for 4 nights. The location is excellent. Right in the middle of everything. You open the main door and there is a bus stop and restaurant steps away. Also a lovely cafe. There are 4 rooms within the area. Its one flight of stairs up but there is a lift Its air conditioned and very clean. Large bathroom, coffee machine and bar fridge. 3 of the rooms have balconies. The beds were super comfortable with lovely quality linen The man who runs the place is very friendly and helpful. He is not on the premises at all times but only a phone call away. Id stay here again and highly recommend it to other travellers. Not far from the train station. Also has a colourful light in the shower.

Vito was amazing! He made us feel safe and welcome and went over-and-above to help us store our bags for a few hours while we waited for our bus after checkout. He responded to our questions about the room right away and made sure we had everything we needed. If you need a good place to stay in the heart of Sorrento, look no further!

The room was clean and modern, checking in and out was easy. The location was really good for accessing the historic centre of Sorrento. Noise was too much, We could hear babies crying (the room was part of a residential apartment building, with normal residents and their families living behind the room's wall), and noisy other guests (through the door), and that was with only one other room seemingly occupied. I had to sleep with earplugs. Parking nearby was difficult (only up to 2 hours stay allowed during the day), and very expensive.

Amazing room with a huge balcony around the corner of the building, with a view of the street and a bit of the sea. Comfortable beds, heating and a small fridge, and very nice bathroom, everything very clean. I was sad to stay just one night!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
