The Niu Brass was reasonably priced, comfortable and well positioned. On arrival the staff were very pleasant and well spoken. The interior added fun to the hotel and the breakfasts were tasty, including ginger and orange shots😀

Lovely hotel, very nicely decorated. We stayed at the double room when our flight got cancelled. It had all that we needed such as hairdryer and safe. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Would recommend!

4.5/5 stars overall. Staying for 3 days, the tripster room was very nice, had a double bed, and the TV had screen casting available. You could also connect to a Bluetooth speaker as well. The only thing I didn't really like was the shower and how it had one side where you couldn't close it so water would go on the bathroom floor easily. Other than that the room was great and I would recommend it.

had to book a business stay short-term. due to Wiesn season Niu was one of the few available hotels. the stay was okay, felt a lot more like a clean hostel. didn’t like how the room was equipped (no wardrobe, no nightstand, no desk etc). good for one night, nothing more. The metro station is 800m away, so calculate a walk if you plan to use it. be aware that the garage offers mostly modern Duplex spaces, therefore parking big SUVs can become tricky depending on the chosen space.

Wouldn't come here for business purposes. Wifi is dial up speed and constantly disconnects. Location is far from many things. Rooms are clean, and staff nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
