the niu Loco

5 am 29.11: Appearance is good but after i entered the room the promissed smart tv was not fulfilled and the reception did not or could not do anything for it, so basically the huge tv was no use. Then later i realized the heater is just blowing air and the room temperature is controlled centrally, even worth the air conditioning noise did not stop even after turning it off. It is 5 am i am writing this because there is no phone in the room and the reception earlier was not helpful and said they are full and no possibility of room change. Never again and will in inform my company of this situation. Update 7:15 am: I went down to have my breakfast and they forgot to put my name in the list! The reception was kind enough to point to the obvious that of course I have breakfast included without appologizing for their mistake for treating me as if I was trying to sneak to have free breakfast. They really are not experienced in service. Very unfortunate that the place is missing basic hospitality behaviors. I will add an official complain, this is for future guests.

Positives: Location is perfect. Close to the city center and also close to the Autobahn for getting out of the city easily. Staff I met at the receptionist checked us in pretty easily. Negatives: The room is too small. The bathroom is too small. You can't bend to touch your legs inside the bath. No basic emenities in the room, no wardrobe, no fridge, Room was dirty, we had to wash the bath before we could use it. I paid for 2 adults and a kid, no bed was provided for the kid, however, I was charged for my kid. Second day room cleaning only changed towels, no tissue, I had to go hustle tissue myself when I got back at night. Room was not properly cleaned. Air-conditioning makes noise at night. Nothing is given in the bathroom except soap. Cups for brushing are washed and given back to customers to use. We couldn't use them. Hotel doesn't provided parking except you pay €10/night even when they have a big parking underground at the hotel. I think it's all about money for them instead of service first. Since I lived in Germany, I knew I could park on street and used the street opposite the B&B hotel just opposite the niu Loco. I did it for the 2 nights. Hotel staff provided thier own fridge for me to keep my water cold, I liked that he helped with that. Never recommending nor will ever go back here.
