This is a running down slum! The room was small for a queen size bed. It's old and not up keeping! The bathroom was not well-lit and I did not have any hot water since last night! In my humble opinion, this hotel shouldn't be rating at 4.3-star! Not recommended to stay! I have already paid the room for almost 3 weeks, hence I didn't have too much choices to pack up and leave!

I cannot say enough great things about The Noble Swan! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home thanks to the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is truly impressive - everything from the bedding to the decor is top-notch. I also appreciated the little extras, like the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

Terrible. Unclean, staff not helpful or friendly, unable to smile, no care. So many issues with our booking (we booked 3 rooms, 2 nights). They downgraded us, canceled one of the bookings. Rooms were dirty and run down, air conditioner leaked over my daughters bed and floor, lights in hallway didn’t work. Door keys kept stuck. This was the end of such a wonderful trip and so disappointing.

Sorry but I feel not very welcome in this hotel. I’m on a long journey with many many hotels now, and sorry to say but here it was very passive reception. Rooms were also very loud, no isolation from street sounds. And such an easy task as to change out the horrible looking glasses in the toilet with new ones would just have helped better the total impression for me. I don’t often leave bad review. Hopefully they can learn from this and do better in future. I do think it could be a language barrier that made them so passive and awkward in the reception. So I’ll excuse that one I guess. But why work in reception and not know English?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
