Very poor experience. The bar fridge was not working and despite us telling the staff constantly, it was never fixed. The air conditioner kept switching off and we had to ask staffs to come up and fix it. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. The shower had no screen so after each shower , there was water all over the floor resulting in, a slippery dangerous situation. We booked and paid for a king size bed but they pushed two single beds together and charged us extra and the beds kept separating during the night resulting in a very uncomfortable sleep.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff! They all provide stellar service and are super friendly / helpful. The location is right next to Kokoro Cafe (great coffee). It also offers cheap and tasty local eats, walking distance to An Thuong tourist expat area (without having to be in the tourist area), short walk to the beach, almost no "banh bao" driver noise, and ability to easily catch the bus to Lotte Mart or Cho Con / GO Big C.

I am impressed from this hotel. I already slept other hotels closed to beach, so I can compare to it. Firstly they have a wide lobby, and all employees are so kind, especially My Dung is best. Also in the lobby there are many sofa and chairs for taking a rest. This hotel is more wider than hotels nearby beach. The each room has comfortable beds, sofa for taking a rest, and antique and clean shower room. Also I could work or study on the desk conveniently. if you want to have a breakfast, you may ask to the reception, then they is going to prepare the breakfast in the morning, but not free. When you want to go to the beach, you call a grab taxi or a grab autobike that it will be cheap because this hotel is not far from beach (from hotel almost 15 mins on foot). Finally I recommend this hotel for everyone.

My family stayed there 3 nights. I would give 5 stars to the hotel staffs and reception. They are very kind and helpful. But this hotel has no noise cancellation. They were doing construction whole day work right next to my room. They make huge noises early in the morning. It was hard stay at the room during the day. Huge drill noise made my baby cry. We couldn't get sleep 3 days during our trip. Sad!!

Hotel is not well taken care of. Pictures are highly stylised, filtered and edited. Walls and floors are suffering from condensation, mold and other water related damage making it difficult to breat in the room. With regards to cleanliness, you couldn't comfortably walk around barefooted and jump into bed. Staff super responsive but not worth staying just for that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
