Nice big room, really great and friendly service. Location is not the best, but getting to Kuah town is easy with grab. The pool was quite dirty and had some broken/missing tiles, so we had to watch our step. Overall a really great place for the price.

We liked the hotel. The two pools (one 50 m lane! Great for line swimming) are great and the view is very nice. Even eagles crossed the area. The only drawback is the kitchen. Be prepared to NO food at all, the kitchen is closed (even for breakfast) alhough the hotel was booked with many travellers ( new years eve 2023/24) Remote location..you have to have a car or use grab..that was also no problem.

Room was very comfortable and cozy..well maintained clean and hygienic. Very friendly and supportive staff...always smiling and ready to help whenever we called them..I heard their breakfast was great..unfortunately they had permanently stopped that..not sure why... Our room was near pool and beach...our family enjoyed our stay here...If you like a quiet, calm place this is the place for you...

This property is near to the airport but far from the City Centre. Which makes it quite far to travel to other tourist spots. The rooms are decent, but it's not upto the mark. You only get water to drink, but no restaurants or breakfast. Need to order food from outside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
