It's all in the details... The room is clean, organized, and luxurious. One of the nicest places I've stayed. Loved the bathroom walls that shift to make the room feel larger. The bidet is fancy. The snack area is defined...and never will you be without a bottle of water in your room. The location is fabulous, and was perfect for me as it was within walking distance of my corporate office. I will say the pajamas that were laid out each evening would never fit me in a million years...but the thought was nice. Beautiful view from the window.

This was by far the most sophisticated and classy hotel in Tokyo. The newly refurbished hotel was immaculate and tasteful. Service was attentive yet unassuming. The only disappointment was their teppanyaki dinner, food quality and preparation being average. This was made up by the superb Vesper Martini at their 41/F bar. Location wise, the hotel was not so conveniently situated. For me, not a keen shopper and love peace and quiet, this hotel is my top pick and I will return to it in my next trip to Tokyo.

Had a fantastic stay here recently. The staff at the Okura do an excellent job taking care of everything you need, and the room was fantastic. They really consider all your needs. For example, normally I request additional water from the front desk at most hotels, but here they already had 10 bottles of water in the room for us. Would look forward to staying here again!

Last September I stayed at this incredible location. Clearly it’s best hotel I’ve been to, the staff is very friendly they know how to speak English, they are very friendly they even help you with your luggage until your room. It’s very well located, Ginza is only 20min away by metro, same for Shibuya. The neighborhood is very quiet even at night and of course very safe. The room was very spacious those views were immaculate especially at night, I could see the Tokyo Tower and Sky tree from the room. I highly recommend a high floor room. You have the choice between two breakfasts either the Japanese breakfast or the western breakfast, the Japanese was very good the buffet was very good. Be careful the Japanese breakfast closes earlier than western. Last but not least if you’re not taking a taxi to the hotel be prepared for a small hike until the hotel because the hotel is on a hill.

Luxurious Hotel is off its game. While rooms are exquisite and gym//pool/saunas are praiseworthy, a 20-30 min wait for guests for breakfast? Cold, robotic service? Charging for guests’ presence at breakfast just for coffee? Will try other luxury hotels next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
