The staff at reception is terrible. Right down awful. Thailand is such a welcoming place, but these people couldn’t care less about their guests. People actually working are however super kind. We didn’t get the room we booked and they just shock their shoulders when we asked why, since we booked it 6 months in advance AND spoke to them a week before. They had plenty of opportunities to inform us, they chose not to. When we booked a taxi with them to the airport (4 people with lots of baggage, they got us a small car and looked confused when we told them this isn’t going to work). Instead of helping us they all went the front desk to go take photos and selfies. There is no bar open after 19 o’clock. We won’t be back.

Great room with pool access. Although they are renovating the middle deck and bar area it doesn’t interrupt us enjoying the pool. Breakfast is on the avg side but you have different options across the 7 days we stayed what can you ask for more with the money that you are paying? Highly recommended for families with kids. Walkable distance to everything including the nice Karon beach!

Arrival: easy check in and we were greeted with a nice cool drink which was a nice touch. Hotel: the pictures on the website differ from actual look, which is a bit run down. Some stuff advertised is not available, like gym. The room in general was clean, however, when we tried to make a tea we found mould in the kettle, which put us off. Location: close to beach, restaurants and bars, which was great. Departure: we were asked to wait for 5 min to allow housekeeping to check our room in case we used any staff from fridge, which was fine. After 30 min, our taxi driver went to check with staff if we can go and they said we could’ve a long time ago, however, no one checked in on us or told us all is ok, even tho we were standing in front of the lady that checked us in.

We have loved staying here; great, friendly service & buffet brekky has heaps of options. We've loved our fresh omelettes and french toast each morning - delicious! A few different pools to use and 2 min walk to the beach & shops. We even met some cute little rooster friends and squirrels upon arrival! We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed on the sino wing with a terrace. The room was luxurious. Breakfast was great, a wide variety of food. The only negative was that the pools did not open until 10.00am due to cleaning schedule and closed at 7.00pm.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
