Just spent a long weekend at this beautiful property. Check in was a delight with Pedro as well as the service at the bar. Check out was a disappointment with a young lady who did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay…..which we actually did! No warmth or interest especially since this was the same person whom I requested extra blankets with a day before as we were cold in the room. I was going to mention at check out that the general light switch by the bedside was not working and that the bathtub had 2 black dents and was not really inviting to take a bath…but I wasn’t asked so I didn’t bother. Maybe we were looked down upon as we mentioned that we were taking public transport to the airport and not a taxi..?!? The hotel is truly an oasis especially the gardens to sit and have a drink after a long day of sightseeing in Lisbon plus the impeccable service from the bar staff. Will definitely return and can only hope that the female front office staff will have developed some professional friendly skills by then.

The One is an excellent location to everything! Very walkable area and safe throughout the city. The hotel service staff are always available and very friendly. Food in the restaurant was delicious and many allergy friendly options! We would go back and stay often!

Amazing, Excellent and fantastic are a few words that spring to mind for this spectacular hotel. The building is beautiful and the service is top notch! Each area and each employee has been wonderful. The check in was smooth and welcoming right from the start. They have a guest station with bubbles and cookies to enjoy while you check in and during your stay. The rooms are quality and spotless clean. The spa has water treatment feature and a sauna with massages, etc. The wine bar and the restaurant are delicious. We had the breakfast and it is full service, not just some buffet. The chef makes delicious food and deserts…The lobby was decorated with just the right amount of flare! I could go on and on! We have stayed in several other 5 star hotels in the immediate area and The One Palacio will be our future “home away from home”for any future stays in Lisbon. The other 5 star hotels cannot match the quality and the professional staff! Our stay for 2 nights was Awesome! Thank You! See you soon.

The hotel reception is a sensory marvel, with a captivating scent that welcomes guests and a design that is both unique and inspiring. My weekend stay was truly enjoyable, leaving me with a desire to return soon. Overall, The One Palacio da Anunciada surpassed my expectations, making it a standout choice for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious hotel experience.

The hotel is very convenient for walking to all major sites and evening strolls to restaurants. The pool are is refreshing with great views and cold beers! The water is cool but welcome. Great breakfast and very attentive staff. The room is very spacious and great bed and shower! Highly recommend with no regrets.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
