Friendly staff and good ammenities, smooth check in. Beds were uncomfortable with very bad pillows, the duvet cover was a weird uncomfortable polyester material. the wifi barely reached our room with bad connection. The shower drain was filled with mouldy hair. Nothing too bad just not an amazing stay.

The hotel was decent enough.. the room was nice enough with all the basic amenities provided but nothing too fancy about it. The location is good because it’s within walking distance to Dotonbori area and also train stations..

Too far from the train station, walking back to hotel after an all day walking is painful. Single beds! They’re not your standard twin size bed. Good for single or couple. Not for family to stay even when they say 4 people can stay in the room!

Small room that was so bleakly decorated it made us feel depressed. The bathroom consistently smelled of urine which made us feel unclean when bathing. There was poor drainage in the bathroom so it would flood with water and dirt from the drain when the bath was emptied. All issues were reported to the staff and not much was done to remedy the situation. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The duvet cover was made of some sort of polyester that would make you hot in the night or if you used it with the sheet provided the duvet would fall off in the night. We slept poorly in the room and because this often felt tired in the day. It was not nice and we would not reccomend.
