Room was super small. Thought my bed would have a frame it basically I slept on the floor. That shocked me pissed me off. But the staff was friendly hotel was in a good spot in Shibuya close to malls etc

Location and service were excellent. We had a twin share and the rooms are tight as expected in Tokyo, but the real issue was that there is only one powerpoint for the room and only served one bed. Towels are swapped daily and rubbish removed but beds are not changed. The bathroom had been recently renovated and was nice. This is a budget hotel for a short stay, I would compare to a hostel private room. May be different for other room types.

In walking distance to Shibuya Station; a room at this hotel offers everything needed (even free coffee at the lobby). Small, but very tidy + friendly staff! For this price and location absolutely recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

Ordered a queen for two people got a double with a mattress so hard and old I think the road outside would be more compfy. They have the audacity to add a table and chair in an already crampt room as if you could even use it🤯. To be honest for the price I feel ripped off and mugged I stayed at the mecure for less, really sour taste for the last nights of our holiday in Japan. I could say more and go on but I think you all get the picture.

This hostel is one of the best I’ve stayed in, period! Bunks are comfy with lots of privacy, on the floors are all the amenities you need, cool location. But most of all, the staff are totally awesome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
