The hotel boasts an excellent location, available parking, and a useful gym for maintaining daily physical activity. The service is professional and friendly, and the rooms are equipped with most essential appliances for a pleasant stay. However, I would like to highlight the absence of a coffee machine. Daily cleaning is a positive aspect, but it would be beneficial to enhance toilet hygiene, as I noticed some staining in the room where I stayed. Overall, I recommend the stay.

Ideal location for exploring Cape Town, walking distance from Waterfront. 2 bed apartment was furnished with everything you could need. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was free and no issues finding space. Pool and gym were lovely, clean and well equipped. Balcony with views of table mountain.

Such an amazing experience!! From the moment we set foot into the spa we felt the 5 star experience!! My therapist Abigail worked with such expertise she got me relaxed immediately!! They are super accommodating as well plus YOU CAN SWIM AFTER YOUR TREATMENT FOR AS LONG AS U WANT!! Definitely an experience worth having ... Thank you guys so much

Great base for exploring the city, every staff member that I interacted with were helpful, friendly, and professional. we arrived late and there was an issue with our booking, but the staff were quick to resolve the problem and even upgraded our room. the breakfast as part of our stay was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. the restaurant was also very high end and serves delicious food.

The Onyx is definitely a stunner. Room: For a studio apartment, the room was spacious, the appliances were high quality and the bed was amazing. The bathroom is slightly small, however it was manageable. We only had an issue with the toilet but we figured out what we had to do. Parking: Is for free compared to other hotels. Please note that you cannot access the parking without a keycard, therefore you shall first need to go reception for check-in before you can park. Nothing was communicated beforehand so I wasn’t too sure what to do at first. There is plenty of parking but do not park by the penthouse parking bays. Breakfast: If not included in the booking it is R250 per person. We did not have it because we ended up sleeping in. So enjoyed the extra information about the price. Amenities: There is a spa, gym, swimming pool and lounge. The swimming pool is only open until 10pm in the evening, thereafter it is not allowed to chill in the pool but you can chill around the surrounding area. The lounge tends to sometimes be booked for private events so you are not always allowed there. Check in: Is simple, however remember to bring your ID. Furthermore, they only provided one key as new additional are issued between 7am to 11am. Which didn’t make a difference to us as we only stayed for one night. Service: It was decent, we didn’t interact much with anyone but everything seemed to go smoothly and we didn’t have issues with anyone. Value for money and expectations: It is definitely worth the money considering the quality of the place and the location. For a 4 star hotel definitely something worth checking out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
