        My 2 friends and I stayed in one of the bamboo rooms for 3 nights. I did not feel clean the entire time there. When we asked the staff for hand soap for our bathroom they told us “no”. Seems like a basic thing to have at a “resort”. There was also no WiFi contrary to what was advertised. On the bright side, it was a quick walk to the beach and there was a good fan in the room. So if you literally want a bare bones place to stay and don’t need anything but a bed and a cold shower then this is the place for you.

        We chose to stay twice around at Orchids Resort for its location away from the noise of beachfront party scenes during night time. Beautiful lush garden setting amidst native bamboo-built cottages and 2-storey room accommodations. We stayed at the fan room and still cold during night time. Best for backpackers like us. Resort staff are friendly and helpful.

        There are 4 individual villas 2 floors around 60m2 with 2 balcons, furnished kitchen, aircon and hot water, they also have individual native aircon cottages. We are on our 4th month stay. The resort has to exert effort regarding the towels and has to renew the bed mat, full of bedbugs, and furnish better kitchen utensils, especially casseroles, dangerous aluminium metal coming out mixes with food while cooking. The members of staff lack training, formation and organisation. Lots of reparations and investments to be done in the four villas. Faucets leaking, ceiling leaks, very old and used refrigerator not working properly, no regular garbage collection, problem of water supply twice a day, surroundings not really clean.

        Pros: - Away from the noise and crowd - About less than 5 minutes away from the white beach! - Sari sari stores nearby - Staff are very friendly and really helpful! - Comfy bed (like, reallllly comfy! I've never slept so well in years!) - 24/7 generator - hot/cold shower - 2 floors (bedroom on the 1st floor) - Has safe lock - Complete amenities (you can cook!) Cons: - You'll have to walk uphill from the reception area. It's about more than 20 wide stairsteps to the villa so if you are with an elderly, I wouldn't recommend this. My grandma had a really hard time each time we head back to the villa (going down was easy). She had to pause every 5 stairsteps to catch her breath. Great for kids, teens, and adults 40 and below. - Too dark at night, there are only a few lights on the stairs going to the villa so it's kinda scary when you're alone Well, I'm in my 30's and a little introvert who loathes crowded and noisy places and enjoys a little privacy so I'll still give it a 10 out of 10. ❤

        We were in a 2 storey villa and the place was very nice and comfortable just a few minutes walk to the beach line. You can use their kitchen and cook if you want to save your money. But most of the time we tried different restaurants. All day we were out to roam around bora the place was amazing. I would definitely come back to this place.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
