I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel with my significant other, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for a truly memorable stay. I love the amenities and also the view.

Average hotel for the tourist. The good side is that it is affordable. The location is remote, but they have a regular service going to the island center. The staff are very hospitable and respectful. I find the place romantic as it is quiet. There are no elevators here, so you should prepare to climb on stairs. Food is expensive and serves a bit late. Water is in the dispenser on the ground floor and without elevator is discomforting to many. They have a pool and an art gallery.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's not only good but genuinely nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant hotel experience.

bad experience from the moment we arrive, roads were under major repair so it was muddy and walk way was so uncomfortable to pass through. staff didn’t even help in carrying our luggage. Room wasn’t comfortable to sleep in, couldn’t even get a hold of lobby staff and our request for extra pillows were ignored. ac was too loud as well so definitely doesn’t help you sleep comfortably. there were no basic amenities as simple as soap & shampoo. containers were empty and drinking glass wasn’t clean. i hope they do something to improve service & cleanliness. restaurant had nothing! not even calamansi juice. everything on the menu was unavailable 😑

We stayed here for 5 nights. It's a lovely boutique hotel with friendly staffs and yummy breakfast. Romantic ambiance and nice pool. Staffs are polite and attentive. They also provide free shuttle to station 1 and dmall. Clean rooms and good service. Highly recommended hotel in Boracay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
