        My daughter had her wedding at Revelry hall on 18 Nov 2023. Eva & Byron were the 2 key managers in charge. I would like to express my deep appreciation for their help & work done. Kudos to the banquet service staff as well for their excellent service. My guests have commented that cuisine served was delicious & decent in portions . One commented that the food served was better than the wedding dinners that they attended at 5 star hotels at Orchard. My special thanks to the chef & his team.

        Rooms were very modern and clean. Staff were excellent. We got a fresh drink upon arrival and choice of mini bar items complimentary! Also the rooftop bar and pool are great and the hotel is adult only so perfect for a getaway.

        The best hotel that we have stayed during our honeymoon vacation! We have travelled to over 8 different hotels during our period of travel, this was my favourite by far. There were so many special touches that made it memorable - Drinks on arrival, the lovely set up in our room and the cake surprise was top tier! The customer service was also excellent. Shout out to Prince at the reception who was attentive and welcoming! We had room service and breakfast which was both delicious. We got to enjoy happy hour and the bar by the pool which was fantastic too. I would definitely recommend!

        Horrible and Arrogant management , we booked a reservation for two nights through an agent. We didn’t see any specific direction during the booking that kids are not allowed at the property. One day before when we realised through google reviews that kids are not allowed . We called the reservation and informed about the issue. They straight away refused. The lady said to write an email which we did. Post which they refused that the cancellation or modification should come through the agent. Mind you that they have multiple properties adjacent to this property where kids are allowed . If they wanted they could very easily do this adjustment at their end. But no, they chose to greatly inconvenience a foreign traveller travelling with a kid who reached out and didn’t cooperate at all. I would rate them zero on their willingness to do for the customer . Even if you are travelling without kids I would warn you since the management responsible is horrible and Gos forbid anything goes wrong , you are on your own . Avoid this property at any cost for your own good.

        I called the hotel to make a reservation for a room and was transferred to a central reservation team. I was asked to write in and attach a discount voucher. I wrote in. I got no reply after 12 hours and called the hotel again. I was informed that the line for the central reservation team is not working. I wrote another email to follow up and got no reply. The next day I called again and finally got connected with the central reservation team. To my horror, I found that the two emails I sent have been read but have not been attended to and no reservation has been made after a more than 24 hour wait. Such customer service quality is not acceptable for any 5-star hotel

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
