The employees are all smiling, friendly and lovely. The swimming pool and rooms are clean, the atmosphere is good and calm. I come to stay here once in a while. This is my 3rd time and I'm still as impressed as ever.

Husband and me stayed here for 3 weeks April 2023. Beautiful hotel and the staff are an absolute credit to this hotel. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast lovely and the coffee is amazing. Rooms clean and tidy with a massive comfy bed. Over 10 people actually live here too so you see the same friendly people daily. Lots of people with dogs too. The swimming pool is also Brill. Loved out stay and would 100% stay here again.

Awesome boutique hotel with very good service and well managed. Breakfast quite good and the Swiss coffee machine makes the best espressos in Rawai - and you can have them all day long... once you figure out the buttons. The pool is cleaned daily and there's security at night. No views but you can rent scooters through a partner of the hotel (Totti the Italian guy) and he's reliable. The restaurant across the street is good... but even better value and taste is the lady next door (to left when looking from hotel). Also recommended is the team of blind masseurs across the road and the nail/hair lady as well. Oh and the French pastry shop just down the road is very tasty.

I did not really enjoy my stay due to lack of privacy but good pool and friendly staff. With lack of privacy I mean that you have rooms right next to each other where you share a veranda. Also to get through the pool you walk in front of other rooms balconies and people sit there and watch you walking past. Some people might be fine with that, not for me though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
