My 5-night stay at this hotel, booked using Reward, was notably pleasant. The room's spaciousness was a delightful surprise, offering more room than typically found in other hotels. Despite the hotel's age, its interior was well-maintained, clean, and didn’t show signs of wear, which was quite impressive. The view from my room added to the overall charm. Its proximity to several shopping malls was a major plus, allowing me to avoid driving and save both time and money on parking. Moreover, the direct connection to the Sphere added an element of convenience to my stay, making it easy to explore this unique attraction. Overall, the hotel's location and amenities significantly enhanced my Las Vegas experience.

The hotel itself is great. It's fairly new and clean. The staff was all very friendly and the location is great. You can walk between this and the Venetian without ever heading outside. I took a star off because I wasn't a fan of the table games. Blackjack is tough here with their deck situation of shuffling cards back in constantly. Craps were great, and a decent amount of people would play at night.

Wow, this place was one of a kind, although as I have been to one in France that cost less, the only thing that somewhat disappointed me is that there wasn't temperature control for the shower. Besides that, the rooms are awesome and way better than what I saw before online. The pull out couch is awesome. I'd also highly recommend getting a room near the sphere as it made it a hundred times better. I felt really safe. This place was an amazing place to go if I were to go back to Vegas.

I have stayed at Palazzo / Venetian the last 3 years. My best friend and I come every year for decades to Vegas. Used to be the Wynn until Venetian made an offer a few years ago and we switched. We love craps and the Vegas experience. The gaming staff at the Palazzo is beyond rude. The entire trip at multiple different times they were condescending, rude and unfriendly. They forget there is nicer, higher end resorts all around them. One craps staff member smiled the entire time. The rest seemed completely uninterested and were rude multiple times. Ventilation needs a major updating too. 75% of people do not smoke. Wynn, Conrad and other high end casinos understand this and spend some money on high end ventilation. I will be going back to the Wynn or give Conrad a try next year!

Can't wait to go back. There's so much going on at and around this casino, had an absolute blast. The best part was their spa. So luxurious and so relaxing amongst the busy of the strip. Ate at Bouchon for breakfast and dinner and was in complete heaven!! You won't regret it. Had some homemade ice cream in the canal shops one of the afternoons. There's something unique and yummy for everyone

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
