Really nice resort, rooms were large and well taken care of. A few cute cats that mooch around, some like a little cuddle! Breakfast buffet was okay, selection was average for a Thai hotel. Omelettes etc cooked to order and to be fair they were cooked very well. Staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Pool is relatively quiet so you can always get a sun bed and a nice swim :) Area was decent, a few small restaurants near by and a couple bars/massage places etc. 10-15 min walk to beach or a free hotel shuttle. Nice to be a slight distance from the beach to avoid the business and noise of the Main Street. Probably one of our fav hotels in Thailand from approx 3 months here.

The hotel is more tired than the photos, but it's still pretty. The hotel is maintained well. The service is superb. Our room was lovely (we had a patio and pool access). The breakfast was fine. Some more vegan options would have been great. The gym is dated - all the machines need updating, so I would avoid using them. Otherwise, it's lovely. The location is good (if you want a more relaxed environment). It's about a 30-minute walk to Kata Beach. But there are shuttle buses if needed.

Large and clean room. Pool is well maintained. Good variety for breakfast buffet. Location is good and it is easy to get cabs. Nice restaurants nearby (within walking distance). Grocery/convenience stores nearby as well to buy snacks etc. Very safe to walk around at night. Housekeeping is also thorough and rooms were well cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

10 years ago, this hotel would have been a luxury hotel to stay in. However, the hotel is weathered and is in need of major refurbishment. Our room was big yet dark. Furniture was scratched and chipped. The room and bathroom were clean, but the shower needed replacing due to it old condition. We had a pool access room, and it had a huge front porch and sunbed area over looking the pool, which was nice. The pool was the most maintained part of the hotel as it was cleaned daily with all tiles intact. The communal areas of the hotel also required maintenance as it was again chipped, stratched, and weathered around the edges and corners of furniture and walls. Breakfast was buffet style and available daily, and staff were helpful and tried to cater to your needs. It was simple, but food was covered and replenished, and eggs were made fresh.

This is not a luxury resort - rooms are big but old with very basic furniture and service . Pool is okay. Breakfast is a joke - not even a decent coffee . The egg station is the only thing that works. Never had such bad food in all of Thailand- free breakfast is a gimmick. The staff here are a mixed box some are helpful and always ready to help with a smile while most are not. There is this particular female at reception who is always irritated without reason and rude . They falsely charged us for a laundry bag and a orange juice that was never there to begin with in the room - we barely had 1 hour to reach airport and even though we submitted our room keys in advance they waited untill our cab was ready to leave to give such false allegations - we paid 70 just to ensure that we don't lose out on thousands that we paid for our flight . This dishonestly to extract penny money at the last moment left a bad taste and for this reason shall not recommend this hotel . Did not face any such problem in about 6 hotels that we booked during our trip - dishonest and unhelpful staff with old furniture and basic room - give this a miss. The location is just about okay- there are better hotels around the place. Felt unwell at most times at this place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
