We just went to the visit the casino. It’s an absolutely incredible building, oozing those Vegas vibes. This is for big money, big tables, big everything. Bring deep pockets! There are atms and water available throughout. Everything is in place to keep you at the tables 💵

Grand hotel with a wow feel when entering. The check-in was efficient, the room very nice (mattress a bit hard), housekeeping attentive, the location nearby to the other Sands properties, casino was nice and the Eiffel Tower impressive and well maintained. Good breakfast buffet, but at MOP 398/person expensive. Lovely head concierge, Oscar, who both approachable and attentive. Recommended.

5 star for the most helpful staff in the hotel. Rooms are good size and maintained well. Eiffel tower is a plus. Nice casino and grand lobby! Suggest to have at least one restaurant which serves American or Italian food.

The hotel is very beautiful and the room is very luxurious, everything in the room seems to be very equipped & of good quality. The services provided by the hotel staffs are very good. There are also shuttle bus provided by the hotel to get to certain location. All the hotels are linked to each other, we can access Londoner, Venetian Hotel too! There are also shopping mall within the hotel. Would recommend! The only downside is the staffs in the Casino are very bad & rude. Bad attitude.

Extremely nice hotel. Clean rooms and very (very!) helpful and accurate stuff. Check-in for us was easy and fast (but during later days we saw long queues) View to the Tower and Big Ben -- awesome! I just wondered why it is only 4-star, not a 5-star )

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
