I stayed for two days because I was writing an exam, and I had an amazing experience! The customer service here is beyond amazing. I told Faith, the receptionist that I was writing an exam and she made sure to move me to a quiet area of the hotel. She even remembered to ask me how it went two days later when I saw her at checkout. You can tell everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are also very spacious and modern. I will 100% be staying here again next time I come to London!

My cousins were in for a birthday weekend and I bunked with them for one night. I've lived in London since 2017, and obviously, never stayed at the hotel before but after the solo night there, I would be happy to do more weekend getaways in town at their hotel. Superb service, and the rooms were quaint and tidy. Only thing is that the bar is no longer there and that the coffee maker didn't work properly. Everything else - fantastic! My cousins were very pleased, as well.

I stayed here New Years Eve while I attended a wedding. I will say they let me check in an hour early which was very nice I appreciate that. However there were stains in carpet and on the top bed sheet. It was very noisy on the streets but it was NYE so I expected that. The sheets themselves where pilling and did not feel like a $240 hotel. The continental breakfast was so stale I couldn't eat I was there at 9am. I left my phone cord and when I called later that day they never found it in the room. I will not be returning.

I stayed at The Park Hotel the night before my wedding and had a block of rooms for my friends and family for 2 nights over my wedding weekend. Fabiana was amazing to communicate with regarding our rooms and dates and was always so accommodating and quick to respond. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. It is also in such a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will always be grateful for The Park Hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
