I honestly don’t know why it’s given “4 stars”. The AC was barely working, heated water was on and off. The Staff were good (nothing against them). The breakfast was decent but hardly had any effort put into it.The area was also honestly pretty sketchy, but weirdly well located being a 7 min walk to the tram station. The rooms were below average, they were thin walled but only in certain places and it smelled very old as well. Overall a weird budget stay but the staff were good!

Filthy hôtel. Very unpleasant staff. Not sure why it’s rated the way it is. I will never stay there again and will make sure I share my experiences ce qu’un friends and family to avoid them the same experience I’ve had.

This hotel is a scam, dont waste your money. The only thing good about it is the location. Anything else is below a 4 star hotel. The rooms are small and the ac is weak. Room service does not exist! No view at all! I can't imagine how is it rated 4 stars hotel. The breakfast is always cold and basic.

Me and my family hated it to be honest. We took two rooms and they smelled like sardines. The cleaning service was not good as well, each time we ask for a room clean they’d only tidy it and not sweep the dust or clean the floor. The refrigerator did not work and they even had nothing in it. The shower head didn’t work properly, the water stream was going very slow and getting so heated and they so cold every couple of seconds. The windows didn’t fully close and it was so cold outside, not to mention the air’s sound outside. 0/10 experience, I don’t recommend at all.

Bad hotel. The receptionist is disrespectful. Small and noisy rooms. Breakfast is very lacking. I do not recommend it for a relaxing holiday

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
