The hotel was pretty clean and the cleaning crew was very sweet and always smiling. The breakfast at the restaurant was good and had variety of traditional breakfast dishes. 🥪🥓 We had a little bit of a mixture with the reservation. Maybe there was a problem with the banks, or something else but when we came to the hotel they told us that the payment didn’t come through… So it took us a while to figure it out. And the big shower head was broken… Overall it was pretty good experience. ✌🏻

Excellent location. Just a few minutes from Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. Very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Gave us connecting rooms for the family which was very convenient. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Definitely staying here in the next trip. Highly recommended. Strangely WiFi was hit-and-miss in the rooms but worked fine in the lobby. Didn't bother us much since we bought a local SIM, and also were mostly out.

Excellent service!! The staff literally accommodates you 24/7. I was so tired when I was checking out, they brought me free kava just in time. The cleaning lady is so cute and lovely! The rooms are very spacious and clean. I haven't seen more spacious rooms in turkey's 4 star hotels. The location is PERFECT, isteklaal Street is just few minutes away by walk. Metro station is 5-7 mins walk. The streets surrounding The Parma give the perfect Istanbul nightlife vibe!! The best choice I made in Istanbul.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
