Made an overnight stop at the hotel. Receptionist was friendly, polite and professional. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and we discovered our room to be spacious, clean and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee much appreciated. Upon arrival we were a little concerned about how much noise we might be subjected to through the night because of its central location but our concerns were unjustified as we had a restful and peaceful night's sleep. I would highly recommend booking a room, you won't be disappointed.

When is considered for staff think it’s okay to shout at a customer when he asks for assistance all the staff refute to give there name what because I would complain and the Bulgarian army of staff would lose there jobs. Owners who clearly don’t run this hotel expect to work itself no customer service or manners depending narrated by the Bulgarian staff. This isn’t really a hotel but hobby for someone to hustle some money. I noticed the reviews I would be surprised if the u on there reviews are fake. At least my account is verified. Also it would help if the bathroom was clean hair on the floor in front of shower I can confirm I am clean shaved so 6-7 inch long hair could never be mine.

Me and my Fiancée have just come back from stopping here. We had the luxury room and it was beautiful. The bed was nice and comfortable and I'm glad they served breakfast from 6am as I was competing at a Strongman comp at 9am so I didn't have to rush breakfast. Highly recommended 👍

Great little hotel not too far from the train station and easy enough to walk into town from. Has a nice Turkish restaurant downstairs. Didn’t try the breakfast as wasn’t sure what came with it. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel within 10 minute walk from the station. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Great value in price too. If you're visiting Peterborough, I highly recommend this establishment - first class.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
