Room is big, bed is good. Toilet is big and got bath tub. Just cleanliness can be improved on both room and toilet. And 1 of the tea cup has cracked for some time yet both staff and user keep using it. Pool water is too cold maybe can think of putting some heater. Staff are very kind both housekeeping, maintenance and Front-desk. She even give me free parking as i parked my car there for 3 day straight. Transportation is easily available here and plenty food within walking distance so pls give your car a rest. Overall we are happy with our stay and we definitely will come and stay again in future... Haven't got the chance to try out all the recommend eatery around here. Keep up the good job!!

It has been a long-time relationship with me. That was more than 15 years since we did book group for an event in Bukit Jalil. Now revisit Pearl International with the newly renovated rooms and the shopping connected shopping mall is nice. I will be doing some big event, hopefully.

My room the sink was clogged. Other than that, room was spacious. I had the view facing an apartment which I can look right into the apartment. So better to just close the curtain. Breakfast buffet- good selection, tasted fine too Lunch buffet- the mains were nice but the cake tasted stale.

Location: 5/5 Lobby: 4/5 Room: 3/5 Service: 2/5 Internet: 0/5 Overall Rating: 3/5 The PEARL Hotel certainly makes a grand first impression. The building is imposing and elegant, and the lobby continues the sophisticated theme. Unfortunately, the initial charm quickly fades upon closer inspection. Rooms: While the room size was adequate for my business needs, the decor was seriously outdated. Finding the light switches and other controls was a frustrating puzzle. Additionally, room service was unexpectedly limited, ending at a very early hour of 10:00 PM. The Internet: This was the most significant disappointment of my stay. The internet connection was simply abysmal, the worst I have ever encountered in any hotel in Malaysia. As a foreigner, I was effectively cut off from the outside world, unable to access entertainment or complete work tasks. Despite contacting the reception twice, no solutions were offered. Final Thoughts: While the PEARL Hotel's location is excellent and the first impressions are positive, the dated rooms, limited service, and especially the horrendous internet connectivity significantly detract from the overall experience. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Look up Francis - Probably one of the best hotel managers in Malaysia. be it 4 star but was patient, accommodating and helpful. Hotel was great - lots of people locals but it all makes it very Malaysian and boleh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
