        Expect that this hotel is old, it was built in 2001. Don't go by the pictures you'll see online because it's not updated. We stayed here from December 20 to 27, 2023. The location was good It was near everything you'll need. Our stay is okay because me and my husband are not picky at all as long as it's clean, spacious, comfortable, have couch, big windows or a balcony.. This hotel is clean but everything is old. The room is not sound proof, you can hear the cars and the LRT outside at 16th floor. It's hard to sleep if you have sensitive ears. They are under renovation in our time of stay. We used the swimming pool before they drained it. The staff are very polite and helpful. If you're not picky and want to stay in an affordable hotel then go for this one. Will definitely come back here when they finish renovating and hope that they will upgrade their rooms to soundproof.

        This is the "Manila Hotel From Hell" helped my sister with the luggage to the room but was told to leave unless I decide to pay for staying there. I have never encountered such crazy service. The security and front desk personnel were rude and unprofessional. The room was old and the mattress was dirty as if it was taken from the street. My sisters vacation was completely ruined and she wanted to leave but was told it cannot be cancelled. God help us!!

        Awful, the room need renovation and the bedroom floor felt weird and looked as if it was gonna fall down. The tables were ugly but the sofas were the only items that still looked nice. The bathroom was ok but the fact they didn't warn us about the maintenance in the pool sucked. They never told us that. Better hotels exist in the area.
