        Great and classy hotel. Lovely staff and very nice rooms. We had the connecting rooms which were great. The breakfast buffet is great! Lovely swimming pool. Very nice hotel. Just need to train the staff in the Lobby how to open and pour champagne properly and serve it cold. Other than that, our stay was great! We will come back!

        Great hotel! Stayed there for one night in their Deluxe Room. Room is well sized and came with a tub. View was great with no obstructions. Ordered room service. While it is a bit pricey, the serving sizes are good for two people. They also got our order to our room within 30 minutes. Hotel gave a complimentary cake for my anniversary. Great service from the staff. Everything you expect from a luxury hotel. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choices. My only complaint would probably be the limited parking and a long valet service. Other than that, it was awesome.

        The Pen amenities are wonderful. I love how none of it is plastic and how they’re so environmentally conscious that they don’t use plastic to line their waste bins. Everything was working well. All the outlets worked, it was just super refreshing that in a country where there’s always an obstacle course that you have to overcome, everything in this hotel is working and your convenience is their top priority. Food was great and their breakfast buffet excellent!

        Great and classy hotel. Lovely staff and very nice rooms. We had the connecting rooms which were great. The breakfast buffet is great! Lovely swimming pool. Very nice hotel. Just need to train the staff in the Lobby how to open and pour champagne properly and serve it cold. Other than that, our stay was great! We will come back!

        Upon entering you already know it’s an upscale place. The attention to detail like providing ice in the room, the cake they gave us for our anniversary and the room itself was spacious and the bed super comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with the best malls within walking distance. The ambience around the lobby and the feel you get especially during Christmas time is definitely a unique experience. The gym was great, service was amazing and the hotel had an old but classy feel to it.

        Although my recent visit to the Philippines didn't include a stay at the Peninsula Manila hotel, I had the pleasure of dining at its lobby. I am utterly amazed by the professionalism and service excellence exhibited by the staff. The warm welcome and respect extended made my dining experience truly special. I can only imagine that the rooms are equally fantastic. Without a doubt, my next trip to Manila will include a stay at the Peninsula Manila. Highly anticipating the exceptional hospitality I have no doubt awaits. Kudos to the outstanding team!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
