We booked a deluxe studio but got a free upgrade to their biggest 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. The pool was small but had a great view. Jacuzzi was also very nice. Drinks were good at reasonable price. Food was good but very expensive for the amount that we got.

It's been a wonderful experience staying at Peninsula Phnom Penh Hotel. I definitely will come back again if I come to Cambodia again. I love the rooftop swimming pool. It is an excellent place to chill and grab a beer while soaking in the jacuzzi. They also have stunning rooftop cafe and bar offers a breathtaking view of Phnom Penh City and the Mekong River. I also very much love the room. It is spotless tidy and provides a lot of things you need to make us stay happy and comfortable. The room is also spacious since I got an upgraded room from a deluxe room to a bedroom family suite, which is fantastic. Thank you to all the staff and management for this. It makes me feel like the luckiest person; hence, I don't know why they upgrade. In addition, from the balcony, you can also see the Mekong River. I can only say a little about the food because I didn't have breakfast there. However, you could try the coffee and croissants at the cafe beside the hotel called Eric Kayser, which is very popular in Phnom Penh. Many expatriates have breakfast there. I only had the chance to try their package on my last stay at the hotel; the day before I tried ordering food from Grab App, which is also very convenient for ordering food and transportation.

This is our favourite family friendly hotel in Phnom Penh. We had such a great weekend staying in the two bedroom family suite. It is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed including a bath for the kids. Some highlights for us: rooftop pool, kid's pool and playroom, bar, jacuzzi, lots of places to lounge, games room with a pool table and playstation, kind and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast. We are already thinking of when we can return 😊

The rooms are not very clean and smells like cigarettes. No Buffet breakfast unlike Luxcity Hotel. The pool and other amenities are good but the room is not good

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
