I recently visited Key West for the first time and really enjoyed my stay at the Perry Hotel and Marina. An absolutely beautiful place. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant, Johnny, the concierge was absolutely wonderful. The food was amazing. Zach, our waiter is truly gifted in accommodating his guest and making sure they are pleased. I was so impressed. My only gripes about the hotel were the water pressure of the bathroom sink and shower; it was pretty poor quality, to say the least. A hotel of this magnitude should offer room service and we thought it did, but was later told no. I also think the hotel should offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, which is nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Perry Hotel is the best hotel ever! I’ve been to a lot of places and I just love the whole package! The rooms are great. The restaurant has amazing food - some of the best meals we had in the key west. The service is excellent, especially at the pool & adjoining bar! The whole set-up is perfect. To the right of the pool is the bar and the restaurant is to the left, so if you have people in your group that don’t want to go to the pool, they have plenty of options. There are also fire pits too! The shuttle is great - quick 15 minute or less ride to town; you can even rent a golf cart and get to town that way as well or taxi. No complaints at all! We have young kids and I will say… it’s not a place where screaming kids, running around the pool area is the norm. The hotel attracts an adults only, relaxed vibe but they are of course welcoming to kids and pets. We brought our son and he behaved luckily, ha. 10/10 stay! Been twice now & they don’t disappoint!

Stayed here for my birthday trip to Key West. They greet you with champagne upon arrival and Jayme was so helpful and kind at the front desk. He went above and beyond. He took our bags upstairs and was very pleasant with every interaction I had with him during my stay. There’s a free shuttle that takes you downtown and back to the hotel. I would definitely come back!

What an amazing stay! First of the staff is absolutely fantastic. Every single one of them made me feel so welcome. Everyone is so friendly and genuine. Truly the kind of hospitality that comes from the heart. The room was charming and spotless. I had a lovely view of the pool and marina. The restaurants were delicious with, of course, fantastic service. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s beautiful snd an all around amazing experience.

This is a modern, upscale hotel. For the most part we enjoyed our stay. With a room on the 3rd floor we had a good view of the marina. The grounds and hotel are very well maintained. Beautiful pool area and rooms, fun outdoor bar area with live music for part of the night and good bar food. The restaurant and service was excellent but rather pricey. Two negatives during our 2 day stay... Cold, low water pressure, showers in our room. The hotel did make amends for our stay at checkout which was appreciated. Questionable billing practices...We received our final bill at checkout, all good. However, upon checking our credit card statement, there was an additional charge. Calling the hotel front desk, we were advise that was just a credit card hold. Upon notifying the clerk that it went through, he came back and tried to convince us it was for charges not billed at checkout, producing another invoice. Upon close examination, it was pointed to him, that the charges that were allegedly omitted were billed on the final check out invoice and erroneous. He dug his heels in so we've put it in credit card dispute. Not a good way to end our stay...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
