I loved the hotel. It was quaint and comfy. The staff were amazeballs! Everyone greeted the guests, joked around, have some awesome recommendations, and genuinely wished us a fun and memorable time in the city. I overheard guests complaining because of street noise and the unsheltered but the hotel has no control over either one of those situations. It's downtown San Fran and the hotel sits off a main road. It seemed very entitled and petty to me.

Not really worth the price. But if you're in the city and need a place to stay it has convenient parking. Hot water tem and pressure on the third floor was not great and you can hear all the fun in the next room. It is an older building so just know everything runs a little smaller.

Excellent staff and service. I arrived earlier than expected (well before official checkin) and they were able to get me settled in nicely. You can definitely hear street noise at all hours, but that applies to all hotels in this area. Comfy bed, excellent value. Short walk to BART, the street car, and many buses.

Avoid this hotel - toxic and nasty smelling! We originally booked for 5 nights and we left immediately. Good location but the rooms are just gross. The manager gave us a refund for the remaining nights but didn't even bat an eye or express any regret that it didn't work out for us. Luckily, the Hampton Inn around the corner had availability and the staff there was friendly and very accommodating. You have been warned!!!

Booked this room for its location near Moscone for a conference. You can’t really beat the location, especially if you’re coming to town for an event at Moscone but still want to explore SF a bit since it’s at about the halfway point between Market St and Moscone. The rooms are small but the location is central and the room rate is low compared to mostly everything else in the area. The bed was surprisingly very nice and on the soft/plush side. The Wi-Fi was also surprisingly very good, around 90 mbps. For comparison, I stayed at the Fairmont in Nob Hill (also very good) and the Wi-Fi was about 50mbps and the bed was stiffer and actually felt cheaper/older, which was very surprising considering they were completely different classes of hotels and the Fairmont was more than double the price of the Pickwick. The thing with the A/C is that although it is very old, it’s pretty effective. What you need to do for it to actually cool the room is… turn it on. There’s a little switch on the bottom left corner behind the little A/C controls door. Switch it up and you should hear the A/C firing up. If not, I would just let the front desk know if you need A/C. Only things to be aware of is there are no microwaves in the rooms and the fridge in mine barely worked and was maybe slightly cooler than room temp, around 60 degrees so I wouldn’t put anything other than sealed drinks in there, if anything. There are also no slippers so bring your own if you need them. Tldr; great staff, impeccable location, surprisingly comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, very solid value.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
