Recently had the pleasure of staying here before our cruise, and it exceeded all expectations. From the time we arrived , front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Beautiful courtyard with pool right on the water, and just a short walk away from the beach. We also had the opportunity to dine at the "secret garden" as hotel guests, and the food was to die for. The dining room is absolutely gorgeous. Hotel room was well stocked and spacious, with first class amenities. Great location, perfect service, an all around wonderful, luxurious experience. The only bad thing is that I had to leave! We will be back.

My wife and I stayed for a few days and nights from Nov 9-11 prior to departing for a cruise. This hotel had an Art Deco vibe, was on the inter coastal and steps away from the Beach. The only thing better than the hotel location was the service and the food. We had a magical dinner beside the water with a nice tropical breeze. The server (Her name escapes me, but she was Estonian) was incredible and her attentiveness and service made the overall experience that much better. We will definitely be back.

Not a single complaint. From the beginning, we were treated with top notch service. Our flight was early in the day, so we planned on dropping our bags and exploring the area, but our room was ready before 11am (which might have just been circumstantial - but still a nice bonus!). The hotel is beautiful and the grounds picturesque. Great centralized location. Short walk to the beach, bars and stores. Located on the sound, made for incredible sunset views in the evening. We dined at the Secret Garden our first night and were impressed with the quality of food and service. Our return flight was later in the day, we were told we could stay as late as we needed which was like having a full added day. Highly recommend staying here! We are customers for life!! Well done Pillars.

We went here for dinner with friends. This is a converted mansion with 18 rooms in situ and 8 elsewhere. We saw one room that was small but beautiful. Dinner was good, acceptable nut not gourmet. Service was superb and the servers courteous and very efficient, The view was out of this world! The phjoto shows the view at dusk but does not show the magnificence of it. I live on the water 2.5 miles north and I don't have the exoanse of water the Pillars have. That alone is worth the trip and,don't forget: your are really across from the beach. What else can one want?

Wonderful. This is an oasis in the city. We felt like we were on a private tropical island. The rooms are comfy and modern, open up to the courtyard with a small but nice pool, and a beautiful deck on the waterway. The staff are fantastic. Professional, highly attentive and helpful, and clearly care about the guests. We felt immediately at “home” here. The food is exceptional. They have a amazing dinner nightly that is open only to guests and members of their private dinner club. I can’t say enough about what a great stay we had. Highly recommend this.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
