        Do NOT waste your money! We booked this hotel as a family of 4, for 4 nights - we checked out after 1, and had i of been able to get another hotel on the same day as check in, we would have left right away. On arrival, the hotel room was horrible!! It was dirty, with mould and bubbling and food marks all over the walls, mirrors not cleaned, hair on the floor, cubbards falling apart in the bathroom, a bathtub with no taps, towels with holes that looked like they were 10 years old, tthe shower had no pressure to it and was cold! Stains on the bedsheets! A family room and only 1 sofa to sit 2 people, a TV that was fuzzy and no english chanels. We went to reception and complained and they did send up housekeeping to clean, and the offered us to move rooms (to a smaller one) and then offered us a conjoining room to the family room as compensation. The cleaners came and dusted and mopped, it made no difference. On booking it states they have a restaurant on site - in the in room information folder it says there is room service. They do not! They only offer breakfast! Amazing to not be able to get any food after travelling many hours with young children. You have to go to the 7 11 next door, or walk 15 minutes to the town to find any sort of food for lunch / dinner. Breakfast was cold, only fried eggs offered and they were not even cooked. Buffet is only offered if they have enough guests, otherwise you get a set meal which again, looks aweful and processed. We checked out as soon as we could the next mornimg and of course, no conpensation or refund offered. How this hotel has received a 4* rate is beyond me! At 80£ per night, there is nothing 4* about it. The level is what i would expect from a hostel. Would not ever stay again and you shoulnt either. The location was close to the town which we explored in the evening to find dinner, and that was cute and lovely. The town was the only positive!!!!

        Excellent Hotel in Krabi town. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was a great place to refresh yourself on a hot day. Lots of good food and a seven eleven next door. There is also a Lotus's fresh Mart close by the hotel. Just a short 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre. We would definitely stay here again.

        Hotel Pineapple was booked from 28.12.2022 to 14.01.2023. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and realized it was not right for us. The area itself is not very conducive, lots of stray dogs around, no restaurants or cafes. I do not advise girls to go out in the evening, the locals are very strange looking at girls and shouting something in Thai. We lived on the second floor of the hotel, but despite that, the bathroom had very poor water pressure, rooms were cleaned very late and sometimes forgot, a couple of times we had to go to the receptionist to have our room cleaned. Breakfast was till 10 am, but even when we arrived at 9 am most meals were already gone, and the rest of the food was cold and there was very little choice. So we decided to check out of the hotel and asked the receptionist for a refund for the remaining days. We were turned down. On 2.01.2022 we left for another one, we warned the receptionist that we would be back on 13.01.2022. We left some of our stuff in the room so we wouldn't have to carry extra luggage with us. When we returned to the Pineapple Hotel, the receptionist informed us that other people had checked into our room without our knowledge. Our room had been checked in by other people, even though we had paid for the room and our belongings were there! The receptionist offered to let us stay in a room with two separate beds, despite the fact that we had paid for a deluxe room with a king size bed. We refused, only after that we were offered another room that met our requirements. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you want your vacation to be ruined!

        A big thank you to this amazing staff. My husband had a food poisoning, so he could not carry his bag nor do anything else. The very friendly staff helped me with the luggage and provided us with a kindsize bed instead of two single beds. Later another staff even offered me to drive me to the pharmacy. I was so so thankful. On the next day, another staff member took over the communication and made sure that the driver will pick me up. Recommend you to come here. Great service, nice and tidy hotel. (+) amazing , caring staff (+) nice rooms for reasonable price (+) nice pool
