The room was very good but you can’t open windows, you can’t smoke anywhere in the hotel, every time I had to go all the way down outside. The people are friendly service is very good, breakfast etc also was good. The pool closes at 7 pm which is very bad as you can’t chill by the pool at night. Overall was good as malacca doesn’t need more than 2 nights.

Affordable 4 star room with great amenities and service. Good view from the room and an awesome bathtub. The pool is nice but the gym is quite small and doesn’t have a lot of equipment. Location a bit far from the attractions.

Will my first experience N also my last stay in this hotel.... My booking request is what I ask for end up all rubbish with what I requested for. Asking K bed No bed N serves with breakfast No No breakfast.. not included. Ask for parking in front of hotel NOT available because I have a very low car is hard for me to park in the Multi storey carpark is a hazard for me to drive up the ramp.. .. end of story service is bad... Not the problem from receptionist staff.. ... My bad bad experience in the hotel... I ever come a cross... In Malaysia..

Melaka city has so many top quality hotels and The Pines is definitely one of them. Perfect location, well maintained, helpful staff member, secure environment, and practically nice rooms suitable for you and your family. The view was quite astounding but it depends on which part of the room you get. Overall it is an absolutely top and high quality hotel to stay. Spend good money then you get good quality. Highly recommended.

Was torn between Swiss garden and this place. Both offer walking distance to Riverside. And up to our surprise, I was blown by how spacious the room. You may also park at Plaza 99, the building next to the Pines fir better parking rate. The place is well kept and clean. Totally recommend for your weekend stay near the Riverside of Melaka!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
