        I had a nice time in the terrace of the restaurant, while tasting the menu proposed by the restaurant and the service was super friendly until I told to the waiter Alessandro that the dessert was really not at the level expected for the place and menu and unfortunately I got a very rude response without no excuse or proposition to exchange my plate or try something different. I unfortunately didn’t have the chance to taste other deserts but their chef pâtissier should think about, even though I hope is just a matter of bad service. Not a nice way to expended an evening.

        Tested only breakfast in restaurant outside, not a hotel. The worst price / quality in Italy. Ok-ish but very overpriced meals and coffee. Put bakings without ask on the table and of course put them into the bill. I asked to prepare croissant for take away, waited 5-10 min and then waiter gave me a bag with phrase “put them inside”. I advice to stay away from that place.

        Food was very expensive. My wife ordered the prawns. At 45 euros we expected more than just five raw prawns and some garnish. The waiter explained it was expensive because the prawns were very fresh. I don’t care if they just jumped out of the ocean onto the plate, it wasn’t worth the price. My wife had also felt pretty sick for the last two days since eating them, so they can’t have been that fresh!

        restaurant; salad was ok. egg was delicious. and the bread is very sweet and tasty. service, perhaps because i wore a hoodie and shorts, but i felt like they just viewed me as a piece of dog poo. not the most pleasant experience. atmosphere is too “upper echelon cool”. $8 coperto. unneeded. atleast i got the bread to go. thank you for the food and some service.

        My husband and I had an amazing dinner here! Not only were the food and cocktails fantastic, but the service was even better! Alessandro was hands down the BEST! He was so professional and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience. Next time we are in Firenze, we will definitely be back!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
