It doesn’t have anything to do with the pictures from the internet. The fridge is missing The coffee machine is missing The sofa is missing The bed isn’t the same The room is half small compare to the photos On the toilet was almost impossible to sit because you hit the wall, you have to do it from the side It was smelling as sweat and smoke inside, hard to breef Very noisy The shower was placed directly in the bedroom. Really?! I stayed 30 min inside the room to call to the reservation website to refund my money and left that place immediately. DO NOT GO! Waste if time and money!!

We booked a double room with bathroom and arrived to find out that our room was given to other guests. They told us that we’d have to stay in a room without a bathroom and would need to share a public hallway bathroom. The staff said they explicitly say this on their website but they don’t have a website, and on booking nothing of the sort was mentioned. Luckily we told them that this wasn’t acceptable and were given another room. This room was on the top floor of what i think was actually an attic - air quality terrible, too hot to be comfortable. They charged 4 Euro for taxes that were also not declared before booking. Had we payed 40.- per night, service would have been reasonable but for double just irritating.

The good: Great location for accessing the Expo Centre either on foot or by S Bahn and the Wi-Fi was solid enough to cope with meetings. Staff were reasonably polite. The bad: Rooms are impossibly hot. No air-con or even fans and no way of getting the air to circulate. Cold showers at 3am aren’t my idea of a good night’s sleep. No tea or coffee facilities or in-room fridge as pictured on some booking sites

No air conditioning on the summer, noisy outside. Barely tiny windows for ventilation. Horrible. Wish I could get my money back. Do not book. Impossible to sleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
