Love the hotel. Very well located, spacious rooms with a small kitchen (everything you need is available). Nice & modern atmosphere. Co-working space in the ground floor and pool on the roof top with a great view. Perfect for long term stays as well, already stayed there twice and will come back for sure. Thanks for being part of our time in Santiago & making our stay special!

The Place really is 'the' place to stay. Incredibly warm, comfortable, friendly environment. Apartments are well designed, stylish and comfortable. Work spaces abound. The staff are fantastic. Even better is a wonderful cafe attached that is open 7am to 10pm and everything I had there was absolutely delicious. I plan to make it 'my' place on my next visit. Highly recommended!

I stayed here two weeks on a business trip and really loved it. The lobby has interesting and pretty decor, spaces to work, and a nice cafe next to it. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Very good location. The only suggestion I would make to management is to install smoke detectors in the rooms for cigarette smoke. There were constantly people smoking in hallways and in the rooms, which was extremely unpleasant for my wife and I. The hotel did try to call the rooms and tell them to stop, but of course that is not as effective as the correct solution: loud smoke alarms going off each time you illegally light a cigarette indoors.

Great location, extremely nice place, very comfy. The cowork area is quite big and well design. The restaurant found in the first floor has a great variety in its menu. Last but not least free parking place. 100% recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
