The place; the name says it all it is definitely the place, I spent my last night in Rome here and the service was first class, check in staff were helpful and accommodating. Wish I knew about the place before coming to Rome as I had booked another room in Rome that was an absolute dive resulting me spending a night in the car until I booked here. If/when I return to Rome I will be booking the place again. Well done 👍🏻

AVOID THIS PLACE, IT WAS CLOSED BY THE POLICE ON SEPTEMBER 29TH. I didn't know what happened, we were staying here and we got receptioned just fine, but in the middle of our stay, the host simply disappeared. On the morning we saw some policeman on the building talking with the host, in the night we saw those signs outside our room, it is saying in Italian that it was closed by the police, and the host simply disappeared. We ended up changing hotels. So do not book your stay here, you won't be able to get in.

Had a trip to Rome with Family and chose this B&B. Receptionist was very kind and had given multiple good restaurant recommendations and even guided us on popular tourist sites. Room was very nice and warm.

Well location is good and this is end of advantages. 1) Room is small and dirty We were located in the room on the ground floor reachable from the small garden. There were two floors, but each so small that the beds took all the space inside. The bed on the ground floor is less comfortable than the floor itself - the floor is hard, but at least has even surface. The bad has not. Leather like upholstery is full of holes and stinks. 2) Walls were last time painted probably in 50s and then were white 3) Floors were cleaned maybe two months before our arrival 4) The painting of ceiling in the bathroom falls off 5) The bathroom and shower is so small that one person has difficulties to use it comfortable. Hairdryer has to be used downstair without mirror because of lack of appropriate electric feature 6) The shower battery doesn't work correctly 7 The walls are so tiny that we could hear neighbours from the next room To summarize - go there if you don't care for leaving conditions, your are deaf, dust resistant and your backbone is healthy. In all other cases - think twice

The best thing about the hotel was the location. The bathroom was also good, and the comfort of the beds. The breakfast a little poor for my opinion. Reception was just next to rooms and wall is also really thin. We could hear their talking and also snore from next room. It's a decent hotel, not fancy at all. But stuff were very friendly and nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
