This was my first time staying in a hotel that was not on the strip. This hotel was pretty close though and you could get there with a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel and its rooms are a little dated like many others but The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you would expect from a suite. The restaurant on the fifth floor were they served breakfast was a cozy little restaurant. The menu is not very extensive at the moment but they will bring you a good quality breakfast and a half for a good price. Our server Lina was awesome and so were the manager, chef , bartender and every other staff member we met. They had a good happy hour deal at the bar too. Overall a very good stay for a really god price given how close to new years we booked. Oh and it is family friendly hotel for sure.

Had an amazing stay here ! I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Juan, we were having a difficult time with our sliding balcony door and he came in worked his magic and STILL made sure everything else in our room was up to our standards. Our family would also like to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to security Javier, we struggled with our way around and he led us to the garage but went beyond and made sure we made it to our car and helped with our luggage’s. I love the fact that the staff here are so genuine! I highly recommend staying here the strip is so close by as well!

I had an amazing NYE. This hotel has exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable. Excellent customer service from Kiara the front desk receptionist. Very clean and spacious room. Central location to many casinos, gas stations, restaurants and walking distance to the strip. Loved my experience here at this hotel. I'm definitely coming back. I'm recommending this hotel to my visiting family.

This hotel was a last minute booking for a major November tech conference as most hotels were fully booked. Had to book an expensive suite, but got lucky and it faced directly toward the MSG Sphere which is awesome at night. Room was very clean, but a bit outdated. TVs were small 24-32” LCD and outdated. Tables wobbled like cheap IKEA furniture. No stains on the furniture and bedding was clean. Kitchen was nice, but I didn’t use it. Bathroom was large and clean and hot water was always on-tap. Door was secure. Nice balcony with patio chairs. Very few staff working the lobby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
