        Stay 1-12-24 thru 1-14-24. Let's start from the start, check in got keys to our room, they didn't work back to desk 4x, finally told that maintenance need to work on door. 3rd time down homeless man enters and creates a disturbance police called. Finally get in room after an hour, in room fridge is broken. Leave for day, cone back at 1:45 pm, need a coffee Starbucks open till 3 , closed, restauraunt in hotel closed. Get in room, towels have been removed, go to front desk, house keeping is gone sorry no towels. Now stuck in elevator. Next time let's take stairs just to be safe. We'll, hello naked homeless man living in The stairwell. Impossible to get your car from valet, stood for 30 minutes with others waiting only to find out they forgot to add multiple cars to the list. Nothing close, and what was around was closed. Do your research before booking this hotel.

        Booked a king bed room and it was very large compared to other hotels I've been in. Plenty of space to move around even with a small couch and reading chair in the room. The view of the capital building was great! The carpet hasn't been fully vacuumed as we found leaves in the room but it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom is in dire need or some repair and upgrades. Shower head and towel hooks seemed to be coming off the wall, wallpaper was warped and damaged and taped in the corners. The front desk staff was cordial but not overly helpful. When I asked about breakfast, they told me it was on the 2nd floor and the times, but didn't tell us that it was about $20/person for a breakfast buffet. The rest of the hotel staff however was very nice. The downtown location was pretty convienient and we were able to walk to many restaurants and to COSI, and short Uber ride away from German village and other places

        I have never written a review but I this hotel needs to do better! To start off, our initial rooms AC WAS BROKEN and it was extremely hot in the room. We notified the front desk as soon as we got there and were told a maintenance man was to come by. Long story short, no one arrived after hours of waiting. We even followed up multiple times with the front desk. Sadly, we ended up having to spend out first night in a room WITH NO AC! Then when we finally were located to a new room it smelled horribly.. Secondly, we got locked out and the night employee ( female, blonde hair, piercings) refused to let us back into our room causing us to miss our 6am flights! We were sharing this room with other people yes, but the same thing happened to another person we were traveling with and the hotel staff replaced his room card without even asking him for his ID! We offered to give this employee our friends credit card #, itinerary #, have her call in.. but the employee REFUSED and was being over the top rude about it. We told her it would cause us the miss our 6am flights and she all but laughed in our faces. I get it if she absolutely couldn't but then why were some of the hotel's other employees handing out new room cards like candy w/o checking IDs? ...... if it's a decent room and customer service you're looking for LOOK ELSEWHERE! Spend your money with a company who has staff that actually CARES about your experience! Just sad.

        DONT GO HERE It’s not bad but it’s dirty, the walls are drippy, the bathroom door gets stuck, we found a dried squished bug or bean IN the bed layers, and there’s no bathroom fan. It’s not a bad hotel but definitely not a 4 star. The concierge people are very kind and helpful though so I am editing to add a star An entire month later and we’re still having issues on our card from this hotel. For it to be dirty, with not fresh sheets, bad amenities, and barely functioning rooms it has a lot of balls to be holding $75/night for ‘potential damages’. A month later after all pending charges cleared we got charged $155 with no notice. We literally found a dried up large BEAN OR BUG IN THE BED and when it was brought to the attention of the hotel they could only offer to change the sheets. This place gets more and more ridiculous and you won’t be done with them even after your uncomfortable stay. Tbh I’ve stayed in motels with better rooms, service, and amenities for hundreds less.

        Marriott- please invest some money into this property. My room was 88° and the heat was broke, so there was no way to cool down the room. Wallpaper is peeling. Come on man- I stay mainly at Marriott properties, but this one is WAY off my list. The layout of the hotel is so cool- it has potential, but wow, sleeping in a sauna was brutal...
