The position of this hotel is excellent as is the service. When we arrived and walked through the door we were greeted and personally taken up to the club floor for check-in. The suites were slightly on the smaller side. The club lounge was spacious and offered a great array for breakfast and dinner. The bakery which is part of the hotel offers great afternoon cakes. Would happily stay here again.

A relaxing and comforting place in the Heart of the Seoul I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Plaza Seoul, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was immersed in an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. All hotels staffs treated the hotel guests with open arms and big smile, and their level of service is above and beyond. I live in Kansas City (US), and I was having difficulty to locate the health clinic nearby. A professional and fully committed hotel staff helped me to download local Korean navigation app (works in Eng as well) and showed how to use. Top notch customer service! As far as the Plaza Seoul location goes, it is situated in the heart of the city. The Plaza Seoul boasts a prime location that allows easy access to key Seoul attractions. Whether you're a tourist or a business traveler, the convenience of this hotel's location is unbeatable.

Excellent hotel in a great central location close to one of the main palaces, the main city underground line and day/night markets. My room was a good size with a decent bathroom and a view to the library and town hall. Service throughout was excellent, always helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was a decent size and good quality with many options and I could get a decent espresso. The room could do with a bit of a freshen up, there were small signs of use. My only downside was the attached pool (not of the hotel) had a tattoo policy which I did not decide to use.

For the price i expected more, I have had better rooms for lesser price in other capital cities. However beside that nothing to complaint about, the stay was very good, except price... I stayed for three weeks and expected a better offer. Staff was helpfull in every possible way. Only thing i would say is i expected they would change the sheets more often i think in my three weeks stay they only changed it once.

This is very good hotel that I enjoyed a lot even spending few days in Seoul, the location is closed to transportation system and near many tourist attractions. The staffs are well trained and full of service mind, caring of everything, assisting upon request. I am muslim who prefer halal option only, the hotel dining team team gave me very great options of various halal food, vegan, and seafood what I then know that they are fully aware of my concerns. The room at accommodation, and meeting room are both convenient with high quality of facilities, due to my short stay but still have time to observe fitness and swimming which are amazing, sufficient equipment, and good staffs to serve guests. The staffs reminded me because of my Bon Voy membership, and then I discovered more exciting promotion. For sure, I cannot use all facilities this time due to time limitations of business trip, but this hotel is now my wishlist to retake again as my vacation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
