The rooms are beyond basic, but the price is even lower than that, so the value is still excellent. They're still exceptionally clean, as is the whole facility. Check-in and check-out are very smooth, and there are helpful staff available if needed. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to go through the lobby to get to the shower. Would have preferred if the showers were in a slightly more private area.

Incredibly cheap at a great, central location. We had a double room on the all women floor and it was roomier than anticipated. Easy to store all our luggage. The ladies at the reception were very helpful, first by doing our early check-in (free with sotetsu membership) and then when we had some trouble with the coin laundry. Our room and the shared bathroom were clean, the air conditioning was very powerful and worked well and despite being next to the shower/bathroom we did not experience any sleep disruption due to noise. Would come back again. In a city like Kyoto where there is so much to see and do, all you really need from a hotel is a bed and storage In my opinion.

Right next to Nishiki Market for breakfast, rental scooters by the front door, and they provide some nice clothing for use while walking around the hotel. Bathrooms are shared but quite clean, and they provide free toothbrushes. The common area is okay, and it includes a family Mart vending machine for some late night snacks. There are also razors available in that vending machine. There is no fridge though, so no keeping things for later like a traditional hostel. In my opinion it is a great in between for a hotel and hostel. You get the price savings of a hostel, but more amenities like an actual hotel.

Everything here is just perfect! The shared bathroom i’d say is the highlight here. This hotel is very modern - check in was very easy using the machine. Rooms and the whole hotel is very clean and feels cozy. I couldnt recommend this hotel enough! For the price - i’d say you get more than what you paid for! Excellent location - just next to Nishiki Market and close to bus stops and train stations. I would 100% recommend this!

Staff are very helpful and the location of the hostel is great. It is close to the market, major shops and subways. My only criticisms would be that there should be showers on every level instead of having to take the elevator down to the 1st floor each time. Also, the two person rooms are way too small-there isn't enough room to put your luggage down.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
