The location and room are nice, clean and comfortable. However, it is a bit dissapointed that the staff are not helpful enough to help us make a call for a airport taxi transfer but instead ask us to walk to the main road which approximately 300-400m at 6am in the morning on winter with 2 kids and few big luggages. I hope that in future they will improve to be more considerate to guests that have kids especially. Thank you.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at The Port Hotel Busan, located near the main Busan metro station. It felt more like a BnB than a hotel, but regardless it was spacious and clean. The price was affordable too, in fact, quite cheap However, the sound of train till late night was pretty loud, and my partner had to sleep with an ear plug on

I was a bit worried at first about the reviews and the street the hotel is located on, but the room was much better than the photos and the staff provided us with 3 rather than 2 beds so the kids wouldn't have to share as a courtesy, which was very much appreciated. The room, sheets, and towels were all clean and in good condition, and the staff polite and accomodating. You can hear the trains a little, but we personally didnt mind, it was soft enough to be soothing rather than annoying. The view over the port/bridge/ocean is amazing, especially at night! Several landmarks and tourist sites are within 30mins walking/2 subway stops away. Many restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores that are open late around too (this is not to be taken for granted in Korea..) All in all, we would happily repeat our stay next time.

The hotel attracts mosquitoes so beware. It’s in a pretty bad location. You will smell cigarette smoke and rotten egg sewage stench. There are no good restaurants in the immediate area. If you’re here in Busan and need some food recommendations, I have just 2 because there are so little options here. Try nakgopsae, a local speciality (it deserves the recognition); I went to a place called 개미집 right by Gwangalli Beach. It’s a chain restaurant so you could also find it in other locations. For grilled eel, 정덕풍천산삼민물장어 is a good place and there are two locations. Oh and I forgot, raw fish is a thing here so hwedupbap 회덮밥 would be another good option.

Good ocean view but also noisy with the arrived and departed train. Its located just beside the railway station. Very convenient though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
