        We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. We had the family room which was on the ground floor. The room was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds, pillows comfy. The room was warm enough. The shower was powerful and warm. The hotel is convenient if you are travelling around London, close to Victoria coach station. All the staff we interacted were friendly and helpful. We did not opt for the breakfast so can not comment.

        The location is pretty far from Victoria Station, about a ten minute walk. The room was good but there’s no elevator, which I should have known given that the hotel is located in an old building. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. They helped us with our luggage carrying it up and down.

        Visited recently for a work trip. All staff were lovely, the hotel felt very modern and I my room was very clean. Admittedly, my room was quite narrow, but that didn't bother me as my stay was brief. I would certainly look to book here again on my next short visit to London.

        the location was great, just a short walk from victoria station, but the room was super tiny. my suitcase took up most of the whole room (see pic). the waterfall shower was very good. i only stayed one night and that was enough for me. i think 1 week would be too much because of the room's size.

        This hotel is very hinder rated. It’s newly renovated and feels very luxurious. They didn’t cut any corners in the renovation, or even has international outlets everywhere in the room. Location is amazing, Five minutes from Victoria station. And the staff is very nice.
