The view is spectacular and the service is top notch! The rooms have an antiquity that clearly shows they’ve maintained its heritage. There are old school telephones and furnishings that are so elegant and classy — giving a midcentury aesthetic. The front desk staff are also very attentive further adding to the premium feel of the hotel.

The car park makes you feel very out of place when you turn up in a rental Honda Fit… This hotel is extravagant and is practically a self-contained village inside, with a shopping centre and multiple floors with endless corridors! The room and view were simply phenomenal. A very nice end to our two weeks backpacking across Japan. I’d like to say I’d return here but it’s definitely best saved for a special occasion. Side note: if you are a car-person, you will particularly enjoy watching the wangan racers at night if you have a view of the loop.

Had a very enjoyable stay at Prince Park Tower Tokyo hotel. The service was excellent with all the staff being attentive and also going the extra mile. I lost my phone on the cab and seek help from the lobby staff, they helped to contact the driver and arranged for the driver to send the phone back. Really grateful for their excellent service . Location is superb too, as it was near to the train station and the airport limo bus outside the hotel made it so convenient for me. Would stay at the hotel the next time I’m in Tokyo!

There’s a nice view from the hotel and with a walking distance to the Tokyo Tower There also quite some commercials downstairs just that I didn’t know at the beginning there was the convenience store. There was the bowling place that serves for the left handed ones like me - the thoughtfulness of the service comes down to touching that they noticed I was using left hand and suggest me to use the shoes on the left side. So cold, they are the only one that serves for the left-handed on bowling in the whole Tokyo. Such a good place for gathering and parties since they also offer drinks and snacks with a very good environment. I stayed one night at "Park Floor Corner King Room Tokyo Tower side" to spend a relaxing time alone. In a word, it was a great stay! The best part was the jacuzzi with a beautiful sunset view. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The breakfast buffet restaurant can get crowded, but there is a reservation system so I never had to wait. I look forward to my next stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
