        Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay! The staff are all super supportive & quick to respond, and haven't run into any issues. The rooms are quite small, but for the value I can't complain. Bathroom is kept clean too. It's in a great location, across the road from the train station. Plenty of nearby shops, markets, restaurants, so not too far from the attractions. It's a quiet location and feels safe. They also let me keep my bags there for free. Before I check in and allow the bags to be kept there the whole day for check out too. 👍

        100/10. I could not be HAPPIER with the hotel. From the beginning, the manager let us in the reception (24h and BEAUTIFUL entrance) and he let us leave our bags with them while our room finished getting ready. Upon checking, the receptionist explained everything very clearly. The room was spotless, huge shoutout to the cleaning staff who we saw every single day. We will DEFFO be coming back, this will be our go-to hotel in London forever. Thanks so much for making our experience 10 times more enjoyable. Merry Christmas!

        I changed to this hotel with a late night check in. Staff is very helpful and lead me to the room and the entrance is at the next door. The room is small but renovated not very long ago. For just two night stay and during the weekend for only £188, I think it's pretty reasonable for a last minute check in. Bathroom is public and only just two in basement and top floor. Definitely take the basement one as it is a lot more spacious and recently renovated, top floor one is a bit small and narrow as I would say but definitely better than a lot of 3 stars hotel here. You will feel much safer here as you can lock the door internally and the window can be opened with no harssel. Definitely recommend for girls or guys travelling alone.

        This hotel is pretty nice. I stayed in a 5 person room with four people and each person had their own bed. There were two sinks in our room, which was nice for brushing our teeth in the morning and night. The bathroom in the basement was great and very modern, but beware this bathroom is shared with the all the bottom rooms and technically all of the hotel. The shower does have shampoo and conditioner, which was nice if you were in need of it. The keys to the hotel rooms are physical keys and can be left at the front desk whenever leaving for long periods of time to avoid losing them. The rooms can get quite warm, but there is not much you cannot do about that. Overall the room was very nice and clean and would recommend this hotel if you are okay with everything I listed above.

        Paid through a payment link via email and was not given the dates for the stay. I was not aware of the dates and my card was charged. Asked to kindly make the stay for the following dates because online it said it still had dates available and they were not courtesies to it.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
