        We are no stranger to Phuket as it has been our yearly destination (hell, sometimes it's 2 to 3 times a year). Pre Covid, during Covid (sandbox programme) till now which is after covid, we have been supporting the tourism scene in Phuket, you get my drift. Until we stayed in this property, all that POV has changed. Yes, this building along with its mentioned facilities and the owners who has advertised this building as "friendly" is NOT what it seemed. The accessibility is questionable (be aware that your Grab/Indrive/Bolt driver couldn't find you at all and cancel on you for each trip you booked). Electric wiring exposed on floors, unfinished contractor jobs etc. Hot water didn't run proper for each room. Dishwasher not working. AC didn't work on our arrival and had to have contractors coming in and out of our apartment all day...that's to mention a few. I wouldn't even call it work-in-progress. It looked like this building was "reopened" hastily. We wished we had time to research on this property but unfortunately, our situation wouldn't allow it and we were desperate. Just doing a public service to tell you - Do your research before booking this property.

        The apartments are soooo expensive you would expect something very luxurious. And yes, there is a bathtub with water massage and bubbles, but it doesn't work as well as it should. The toilet doesn't always flush. The bathtub on the balcony is a cool feature, but it takes hours to fill it. The view is nice, but right next to the hotel a new building is being built. The staff is nice but not all of them know much about the trips and discounts they offer. At first we were told they offer 40% discount on some trips but then it was only around 10-20%. The hotel is not close to the city and if you walk its rather unpleasant and dangerous as the road is busy and there is no pavement. Overall the hotel could be nice, but it seems as if they gave up on maintaining it. It's cool features as the bathtubs are not the newest and sometimes broken. It is far too expensive and you can pay twice less and have a nice little bungalow with a perfect seaview close to a nice beach on one of the smaller islands. Patong itself is unpleasant and ugly, so it's not the best place to spend holidays. The only nice thing on Phuket is Elephant Sanctuary. But don't buy the trip at the hotel, as in the City you can buy it less expensive!

        This is not a hotel. Very badly maintained. The access is through the car park and the road outside is not really suitable for walking. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working until we discovered it needs turning on and off from the fuze board as the buttons are broken. When we did get it going it was so noisy which made it un usable. The tub on the balcony is dirty concrete and leaks at the plug so needs refilling everyday. You will be charged extra for towels and cleaning. The pictures we saw compared to the reality was quite different

        This is not a hotel, the downstairs people who run a tourist business are scum, they only want to squeeze all the money out of you as possible. The owner hopes you don’t read the tiny print on terms and conditions to be able to keep charging hidden fees. The apartments are really dirty and you can see a lot have not been used in a long time. At the pool area you cannot play any music from cell phone because it is too loud so forget any sort of normal holiday enjoyment.

        I wasn't actually supposed to stay at the privilege as I had booked at the baycliffe residences. But due to the room not being available I was shifted to this building which is connected to the baycliffe residence. The room was spacious and well equipped, modern interiors, 2 large televisions, fully operable kitchen, jaccuzi in the bathroom and balcony. Mountain view. There is a decent gym at the ground floor and 24 hours pool access. Since we wanted to ensure we walk daily this hotels location was ideal as it is about 2-3 km from Patong beach. The privilege and baycliffe residences are owned by the same person so one can use all the facilities of both the buildings. I read some reviews stating that reception was closed at midnight. It is untrue the reception was open 24 hours during my stay. For the money I paid I believe this was a steal.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
