Our favorite la hotel, we stay here every time we are in La. The rooms are amazingly decorated!! Each one is different as well! Custom designed Martin Lawrence furniture and wall paper. We actually copied one of the rooms for our master bedroom I loved it so much! Beds are very comfortable (with great pillows which is important to me) Chic cocktail scene with cozy fireplace courtyard seating area serving great little tapas. Great experience, amazing staff, and very private which gives a luxurious feeling.

This is an exceptional property. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and the detail of old Hollywood was exquisite. The garden patio was a highlight and where we spent much of our time - with wine, light nosh and homemade red velvet cookies. The service made our stay absolutely perfect. The team went above and beyond and there wasn’t a detail they missed. Already planning our next trip!

I really loved Prospect and I would not hesitate to stay here again. As an overseas tourist, it was my first time visiting this city. To have spent the first few nights here provided me with what I would describe as the classic LA experience. I only wished I had booked a longer stay. The location is excellent and I would say it's close to all the attractions most tourists would be looking to explore. I loved the rooms and the decor. Staff were so professional, courteous and attentive. I was surprised by how quiet it was as well. The bed was just right and I slept like a log. The courtyard was the perfect quiet antidote to the hectic energy of Hollywood Boulevard, which I found a bit overwhelming at times. So I spent a fair bit of time in the courtyard just to unwind. I'm not much of a photographer but have attached some photos of that lovely area. Well done to the owners who have put a lot of thought in to this place.

The service at The Prospect Hollywood is as noteworthy as the decor, and the peaceful yet accessible location feels like a oasis. Kevin, in particular, made our stay special through his generosity and attentiveness. Special thanks to Mara and Key as well. We loved our large room outfitted with Diptyque (!) soaps and hair products and the small courtyard garden with billowing gas fireplaces offered a romantic hideaway to enjoy the fruits of their well appointed reception area bar.

An extremely interesting boutique hotel. The attention to detail and focus on creating a unique and luxurious atmosphere will satisfy travellers looking for an alternative to the cookie cutter modern "luxury" hotel. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly; the courtyard is remarkably relaxing and private; the rooms are a delight for the eyes; the beds are very comfortable; and the location is fantastic. Highly recommended for trips to Hollywood.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
